Small Wedding Ceremonies still allowed. We have been able to confirm that Professional Services such as Marriage Commissioners can continue to operate. The Public Health Order specifies a 10 person limit assembling in any indoor or outdoor public gathering such as weddings. This remains in effect from April 1 to April 14, and most likely will continue beyond these dates to ensure the health and well being of Manitobans. Although this may not be your dream wedding scenario, y...ou may decide to continue for now with a short legal ceremony and then have a re-do and reception at a later date. We will enforce strict health and safety measures during this time, but will guide you through this.
