This house just closed on Wednesday with some amazing clients!!! We may even have someone who wants to prewire with us!!! This is the "Canberra" a 3 bedroom model with 9' ceilings and 10' trays. I think 9' ceilings is the only way to go now with trays!!! What do you think??... Favourite parts on this house are the back covered deck, the fireplace and the ceilings. Note the front posts will be painted in spring. Once we find our next subdivision we hope to build many of these ones with a double car garage instead of a 1.5 car. Lot size matters though!!! Only can work with what you have!!

Wow is this gonna change over the next 5 years.

Our subdivision in Dain City is really taking shape!!! Not many lots left to build in our bungalow neighborhood!! Appointments everyday with agents and their buyers!!! We pride ourselves on being buyer and agent friendly!!! We pay 2.5% to all agents as we know they work hard and we make sure all homes come with tons of inclusions!! To me a few I'm case you didn't know, we include, garage door openers, insulated garage walls and doors, quartz countertops, a gas fireplace, deck..., sod, an owned hot water heater, 5 appliances and an exhaust, a backsplash, tray ceilings, 3/4" hardwood floors, upgraded baseboards, trim, casing, door hardware, and all lifetime faucets!!! No builder in Niagara does what we do, come check us and see for yourself!!!
