We’d like to introduce you to our friend Lincoln, and our brand new menu item, Lincoln’s Lickety Split! According to his dad, the first thing you need to know about 4-year-old Lincoln is that he’s a hard worker . You might even say he gets things done lickety split! Lincoln has Cystic fibrosis, but that doesn't stop him from helping out on the farm - feeding animals, slinging rocks, and taking care of his miniature horse, Hercules .... When he's not helping on the farm - Lincoln is dreaming BIG. When it's safe to do so, he wants to travel all across Canada with his family in their RV . We’ve partnered with our friends @stleongardens @thedreamfactorymb and Lincoln in order to create ‘Lincoln’s Lickety Split’. As a refreshing twist on our classic banana split, we start with a base of fresh Manitoba-sourced strawberries from @stleongardens to flavour our soft serve ice cream. We then top the 3 strawberry soft serve peaks with homemade saskatoon berry (MB), blueberry (BC) and strawberry (MB) toppings; all of Lincoln’s favourites, and all made with fresh berries provided by @stleongardens ! Served between a split banana with whip cream and a cherry, of course. Our @stleongardens Strawberry Soft Serve is also available in a cone or cup. All of the net proceeds generated from Lincoln’s Lickety Split and our @stleongardens Strawberry Soft Serve ice cream will be donated in support of @thedreamfactorymb and helping make Lincoln’s dream come true! @ Bridge Drive-In

We’re beyond excited to work with our friends @thedreamfactorymb and @stleongardens to help make another dream come true this year. When we heard about our little buddy Lincoln’s dream of travelling across Canada (once it’s safe to do so), we wanted to do what we could to help out. Because Lincoln can’t travel commercially due to his illness, his family will road trip the country in their RV. Lincoln has a severe form of Cystic Fibrosis, a disorder that causes severe damage to the lungs, digestive system and organs in the body. With our friends from @stleongardens we’ve come up with a new menu item that we think you’ll be very excited about! And even sweeter: all net proceeds will go towards Lincoln’s dream.
