Principles of B4C Wraparound 1. Strength-Based See me, not my problem. Your facilitator will focus on your family’s strengths and they are working as your advocate or cheerleader.... 2. Individualized and Family-Centered Never about us, without us. You and your family are included in meetings about your family. You make the decisions about what you need and when goals and plans are made. 3. Single/Common Plan Planning is unique to each family. One goal with one team rather than many different service people and many different plans. 4. Community-Based Taking care of our own. Through meeting new people in the community, your family may feel more accepted and supported inside of the community. Your family will feel supported by people who want to see you do well. 5. Blend of Formal and Informal Faith, family, friends. Your family will begin to see who is supportive around you and learn to depend on the more then needing professionals. 6. Unconditional Support It isn’t trying harder, but trying different. The people on your team will not give up on you or your family. If one plan does not meet your needs, we will make a plan together that will. 7. Integrated and Holistic Encompassing all life domains. The plans that are made look at all the areas of your family’s life, but you choose which areas to focus on. 8. Safety and Crisis Planning Safety first. We guide you in making a safety plan that involves and will be shared with the members of your team. The plan works with the strengths of your family. 9. Culturally Sensitive Respect for where people are at. Your family’s cultures and traditions are respected and seen from a strength-based view. 10. Collaborative and Inclusive Teaming Your family chooses the members of your team and you have as much, or more say as any other member of the team. All team members work together in the planning and decision-making process. 11. Flexible Resources Flexing to meet needs. We will work to find ways of doing things that may not have been thought of before. We will not be afraid to ask. 12. Measurable Outcomes Your family will to see what they are to do, how this is to be done and the timeline for the goal. You will feel there are changes being made in your family.

Huge shout out to Kasie Leasak for her monetary donation to B4C. With this money we were able to go and purchase some games that we can use at the office to build relationships with the children through the pandemic. THANK YOU for thinking of our program!!
