To limit the spread of COVID-19, the Canadian Government has announced that as of January 7th, 2021, all air travellers 5 years of age or older be required to p...rovide a negative COVID-19 test result before boarding international flights bound for Canada. The test must be performed using a COVID-19 molecular polymerase chain reaction (or PCR) test and must be taken within 72 hours prior to the traveller’s scheduled departure to Canada. For people travelling please check with the front desk to see if PCR testing is available onsite at their hotel. If it is not available onsite, they will need to make an appointment at a local clinic to ensure that they are tested within the required 72-hour timeframe. It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure that they - and any child travelling with them - have all the valid travel documents required for re-entry into Canada.
