APPROVED OPEN WORK PERMIT APPLICATION FOR VULNERABLE WORKERS (7 DAYS PROCESSING TIME) Facts of the Case: Client came in Canada on February 2020 under a close work permit. Few months later, the company he worked for was sold to a new owner. He continue to work under the new owner but in an abusive working conditions.
