Choose your gym wear carefully. You’ll want to try to wear something seamless with a breathable material to reduce the amount of perspiration. ... 3. Apply a talc or body powder to sweaty areas. Before putting on your sports bra and leggings sprinkle some form of body powder onto the areas you sweat the most from (chest, under the arms & back of the knees) 4. When wiping away sweat never rub the towel over your skin. Always blot away sweat. 5. Have cool showers & moisturizer afterwards. Again, make sure you are press-drying your skin when out of the shower. Follow these tips and your tan is sure to last through your exercise
