Brigden Community Church 19.11.2020

Know this: you can be FREE. Whatever burden you are bearing. Whatever sorrow you are carrying. Whatever struggle you feel like you are losing. Whatever weakness you are shamed by. Whatever bitterness has taken root. Whatever mistake or wrong choice you regret. Whatever demon may be hanging on to your mind or emotions. Whatever anger, sadness, sickness, hurt, lack, injustice, fear, insecurity, or powerlessness you are facing today. Know this: Jesus is both able and ...willing to take it from you, and to replace it with deep gladness, restored hope, perfect peace, healing, confidence, love, forgiveness, overcoming power. In short: FREEDOM. Come to him and receive it! He is holding out his arms to you. Don't run the other way any more. It is your time. What you have desired and longed for in the deepest part of you is available to you in and through Jesus. He is not distant. He is near. And he is speaking your name. Will you come to him...? Turn your clocks back tonight! Or don't, and we'll see you an hour early tomorrow. :)

Brigden Community Church 29.10.2020

If you live in Lambton County or Chatham-Kent (or anywhere, for that matter, but especially in this region) and you are reading this, know that today is your day for an outpouring from the God of Heaven. He pours water on thirsty ground and makes streams flow in desert places. If your soul is in need of a fresh, reviving, refreshing drink of something new and freeing, you need look no further. If you will stretch out your hands to Him, and ask, he will respond, with love, ...and fill up your empty spaces. If you have known Jesus for some time now, then be confident that this is a new season for you to go further, deeper, higher in Him. Ask Him to give you an increased measure of his Holy Spirit and expect a revolution in your heart to occur. If you have never known God, but are wondering about Him, now is your time to find Him and get to know Him. He has been waiting for you all of these years. He has so much good planned for you beyond the best you could even imagine. We are here to help you if you want. Please message us and let us know about your desire to know God, and to have more of Jesus in your life. Things will never be the same for you. We gather together every week on Sunday at 10:30 a.m. at Brigden Community Church at 2389 Courtright Line. Join us! See more

Just for clarity for everyone: The new gathering limitations that Ontario announced today do NOT apply to places of worship. We are still functioning under the previous guidelines. See you all tomorrow! :)

Brigden Community Church 24.09.2020

Hello everyone! We are planning to gather back together for the first time this Sunday, June 28, at 10:30 a.m. (Yay!). For this week, we are going to attempt a single service at 10:30. There are some of you who have indicated that you are not quite ready to return to public gathering. That is okay! But even with that, it is very possible that more than our current 35-person limit will show up. If we have too many people, we may consider adding a Saturday evening service... option along with Sunday, for the short term at least, to accommodate everyone inside the current Ontario guidelines. If too many arrive for this Sunday, a few people will be able to gather outside of the main meeting room. We have a document for you to read prior to attending out first gathering. It covers the basics of our necessary guidelines in light of the Ontario Faith Community advice. If you would like a copy of that document, please message us here through Facebook, or at [email protected], and we will send you one. (On that document, there is a section of screening questions that you can answer for yourself. If your answer to any of the questions is yes then we would ask that you please remain at home. And if you are simply still uncomfortable joining with a group of people at this time, you are released to remain at home with no obligation placed on you.) Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Thanks!
