Thursday December 28, 2017 Special Update Unfortunately due to the extreme low temperatures, we have had an overwhelming amount of calls and are booked up for the next 2-3 days. If this isn't an emergency, please submit a work request and we'll arrange the work to be done in the New Year. If you have a heat line- they don't work well below temperatures of -25 and will need milder temperatures to return to a working order. Also outside faucets - if they aren't turned off/drained properly will burst or won't work-turn off the supply to them so further problems don't occur. If you have issues of flow in your dwelling, likely it is due to frozen pipes that that are not protected from cold air breaches. use extra heaters to address them and restore flow.
