Happy Early Childhood Educator Appreciation Day! Thank you for all you do, day in and day out you keep doing what needs to be done to create a safe and positive environment for all our children. Words are never enough to show how much you are appreciated. And to all those unable to work right now, we miss you and cant wait to have you back, you too are very much appreciated for the sacrifices you made as well.

I would just like to thank everyone for their generosity over the last couple weeks. It was very upsetting for the children here when they learned that someone had stolen their bikes but because of the kindness of strangers and all their wonderful donations, the children are back to riding bikes again! Thank you!!

I regret to say that our shed was broken into and our 4 bikes were stolen among other things. I have filed a police report. If anyone sees these types of bikes anywhere or on any of the buy and sell pages, please let me know or contact the police. Thankfully, the amazing staff here have been able to help the children work through this by providing them with other fun things to do outside.

To the families of Bright Beginnings, The directors of our centres, the board, and myself have been working tirelessly through last week and the weekend to ensure we are up to date on all the new policies and regulations regarding the care of your children during the Covid-19 pandemic. This situation is very fluid, and things are constantly changing. We are trying our best to ensure that we are giving you the most up to date information as it applies to your situation and the... centres well-being. At this time, our Regent location is open and accepting as many children as the Ministry of Education will allow. Our Argyle location has been re-purposed and is currently open for children of essential services, as such, only those children that qualify will be allowed to attend that centre. We are doing our best to make decisions for the well being of the centre in hopes that the centre can make it through this pandemic and continue to serve our families and the community in the future. I also want to take the opportunity to thank our staff, as the situation is continuously evolving, they are making sacrifices to ensure our program continues. Dear Bright Beginnings families, During this time of uncertainty of COVID-19, we are taking the health and safety of all our children, staff and parents very seriously. Currently our Argyle location will be closed indefinitely as of March 20 as mandated by the government of Saskatchewan. However, our Regent location currently remains open and has spaces for 12 children ages 3-12 years old. We are taking excessive measures to ensure the cleanliness of our centre and we are d...oing our very best to prevent the spread of germs. Our regent location is loving the warmer weather we are having lately!

Our preschool 2 and our Kinder groups had so much fun carving soap at our regent location!

A few weeks back at the regent location, during the cold couple of weeks we had, we decided to build an igloo inside our centre!

Today at the Argyle location we had pyjama day and Christmas fun day! The kids had fun playing snowman bowling, jingle bell toss, candy cane hang, Christmas bingo, snowman mummies (and just tossing the toilet paper) and decorating ice cream cone Christmas trees!

Santa and jingles the elf came to visit at the regent location today! The children had so much fun visiting with them!

Hello everyone! We are looking for some items for some of the Christmas activities we are planning this month at the Regent location. The items are: lids of all different sizes, wrapping paper tubes, boxes and old small appliances that no longer work (irons, hair dryers, old cell phones, mixers, fans...). If you have any of these materials and are wanting to get rid of them, we would love to take them off your hands. Thanks!!

Smashing pumpkins is fun with our toddlers at the regent location!

Throughout the month of October, the Regent location did some baking! We made banana bread and some mini pumpkin pies with the children!

Its so amazing when we get to see the children in our program making such important and strong relationships with their peers. How adorable is this letter that one of the children wrote and left for his best friend to see!

At the regent location, the children were very eager to learn what happens when you mix oil and water together.

At the Argyle Location we have been asked by the principal of the school to reshingle our 8x10 foot shed on the playground. As a charitable non profit organization we are reaching out to the families for any donations or help of any kind to be able to complete this project.
