In 2014 I was diagnosed with cervical dysplasia (CIN3); despite what doctors wanted me to do, I made the decision to make some lifestyle changes and try to reverse it naturally. The past 2 years was a definite journey, one that made me face fears, question my thoughts on our health care system and go out on a ledge to try a more natural approach, which was very frightening at times. When I was diagnosed I searched for information on treatment options and couldn't find anyth...ing. I was so depressed and frustrated by the lack on information available, I had to take a leap of faith and do my own research and follow my own path; which not only lead me to answers but to the wonderful people who are in my life today. I'm posting this page in the hopes of encouraging or helping anyone who is going through this frightening process. This is my story and what I did to help clear and reverse my diagnosis. My life, mentally & physically is a lot different in many ways, it wasn't just a matter of clearing the dyslpasia but dealing with issues that caused it in the first place and getting to the root cause. I'm happy to share my story, ideas & thoughts.
