Remembrance Day is going to look a little different this year. The cadets will not be invilved in a parade or standing vigil. For part of out training yesterday cadets got to speak to a veteran and in our small groups we walked to the cenotaph. I will post some of the videos in the next couple of days
The wait is over, our In-Person training has started. Last week we had our 1st In-Person training. We did some physical fitness, wilderness training and drill. Interested in Checking us out. We are at the Brighton Legion on Sunday mornings from 9am-12pm.
Your Brighton Council is helping the Rotary Club of Brighton, Ontario support our Brighton Army Cadets! Council voted unanimously to permit the Rotary Club to ...park their trailer at King Edward Park for the purpose of collecting empties which will be used to help with the financial support of the local Corp. Cadets will be starting up again real soon. Do you know someone who is between the ages of 12-18 that would be interested in checking us out?

Did you know that 3 of our Cadets are staff cadets for the Virtual CTC this year? They will be teaching some of the online courses for the course cadets, helping improve the Cadet Program lessons as well as the public affairs team. CWO Kearney has been appointed as the senior Cadet Correspondent for the Current Communications Public Affairs Team, WO Hoddinott is instructing a select few of the very unique courses offered this summer, and WO Cybulskie is working on expanding ...the opportunities for Staff Cadets this summer. We will keep you updated with what our Cadets are going to be partaking in soon!
