[EXCITEMENT AND VULNERABILITY] I'm beyond excited that my paperback and hardcover copies have arrived. There's something sacred in holding one's own work. And there's great vulnerability in it too. I put my reflections, professional opinions, my experience and reputation on the line. Perhaps for all (or none) to read. It's exhilarating and terrifying simultaneously. ... I truly hope and believe that my work will find those intended to help, and that they'll be guided to it's pages. But I also believe in the power of human connection, and know how valuable a recommendation from a trusted source is. Amazon's review algorithm has one of the most impact on the book's visibility and sales potential. It honestly can be one sentence: "Great insight, enjoyed reading". [SQUISHY SOAP CRAFT] First attempt at #squishysoap with my 3 year old. My 1 year old was trying to climb the learning latter. I think this was a huge success. We had fun and we ended up with a squishy soap...so nailed it!... Sometimes, I just have to do a silly thing, for no particular reason, get my hands dirty (or soapy) and laugh with my kid(s). Thanks for the inspiration @thejoyjournal ! Looking forward to many more fun and magical memories as we play through the book.
