By learning to develop and enhance positive emotions, you can become more flexible, more open, and you can feel more connected. Coursera is offering several free positive psychology courses. Check it out! By the way, I don’t get paid for this - I just think it’s a great service. Navigate to https://www.coursera.org. You’ll have to create an account, but it’s free. Then search for positive psychology. Lots of courses available. I’m currently taking one from the University of North Carolina.
