Hi everyone! We're looking for some feedback from our TCGers with cards they'd like to trade, with COVID procedures in mind, and seeing as how we can't let anyone inside (safely at the moment). We're looking to set up "trade in windows", looking like we can do this for a 2pm-5pm window Tuesday to Saturday, with MTG available on Wednesdays & Saturdays. Going forward, our trade in procedures in this way will now be processed through your Brimstone Games account and will be appl...ied as a Digital Gift Card with your trade amount. These Digital Gift Cards do NOT have an expiry date, and are good on your account until consumed. Is this something you'd like / are excited for? Attention to our favored patrons. We would like to take the time to thank you all for your continued support over the last several months in this very uncertain time. We wanted to shed some light on what the next couple months may look like in our industry with the holidays coming up!... As we all know and have seen - everything, and we mean everything is piled up and pushed back. With already experiencing delays with product shipments and the special order service we provide, we are certain that it is only going to get harder with Christmas & the holidays. We would like to extend our gratitude and to ask for your patience during the madness of the holiday season. Most of our distributors are pushed back about a week on picking and shipping orders, which makes receiving them take about 2 weeks - so unfortunately we will not be guaranteeing anything for Christmas! For our Games Workshop players, GW is completely overwhelmed & over turned. Each week we put our orders in - we have no idea when they are going to show up, and we have no idea what's coming. Normally we get an invoice after confirming our order, to show us what is arriving - but with lack of organization we no longer get those. With sad news, we ask our patrons to shop our wall & website each week as we will no longer be taking special orders for these products until GW is back up and running normally. Outstanding orders that were placed before the week of November 16th will be upheld. (New releases will be exempt as they seem to be showing up with regularity) Thank you all for being so great!
