I am a fully insured Professional Counsellor. More than that, I am a person who has always been deeply concerned with the well-being of others. Whenever an opportunity would present itself, I would never hesitate to offer support and still don’t. I see it as my life’s purpose. My journey is long and I may post that in future but fast forward to now...The fact that I get to help support others along their journeys as a profession is amazing beyond words.... If you choose to let me be a part of your journey, I will listen without judgement, with an open heart and try to help you find your way again. I offer support through online platforms or phone calls for anyone in need due to stress, anxiety, depression, grief and other mental health concerns. No issue is too big or too small in my view. I am here to help.
