I’ll never workout with a mask Rena Huston, summer 2020. Narrator: this turned out to be a lie. Here I am, working out with a mask. Do I love it, heck to the no! But, I’m finding ways to make it more bearable. Here are some tips for working out with a mask. They aren’t perfect, but they are small things that may help you. Please don’t give up your workouts! Find a way to push through ... Drop a comment if you found these helpful or if you have any tips! This is all so new to everyone. Tip #1 Find a mask that is comfortable! This one is from Aritzia ($10), adjustable wire.
Tip #2 Do exercises in a slightly bent position. Flys, rows, deadlifts, curls etc
Tip #3 Try slowing down the exercise. Pause at the hardest part, count 3 up, 3 down.
