We were excited to see the City of St. John's begin work earlier this month on the Kenmount Terrace Community Park, located within our Kelsey Drive Commercial Park! A fantastic addition to the area for present and future commercial tenants - the park will include a multi-use community centre with a full sized indoor gymnasium, outdoor playground areas, a splash pad, basketball court, skate park, dog park and walking trails.

It's been a busy spring on site at 130 Kelsey Drive! Thanks so much to our general contractor Lindsay Construction for their great work so far on this project.
