BREAKING Ontario made two announcements today that could affect co-ops. -The Province has introduced legislation to freeze rents in 2021. ... -The Province also announced new restrictions on indoor and outdoor gathering sizes for Toronto, Peel and Ottawa starting on September 18 at 12:01am.
