WE ARE OPEN ON MONDAY! After a wonderful ten day break we can't wait to get back into the shops to see your wonderful faces! Our COVID protocols remain the sam...e, however we are reducing the number of shoppers from 6 to 4 to further protect you and our team. Be mindful of other shoppers when browsing, try to shop on your own (where possible) and avoid coming in with a group to reduce wait times to enter the shop, especially in these colder months. We also want to thank every single one of our amazing customers that left incredible comments yesterday, as well as all of the kind reviews on our Google page after we brought to light the fake reviews we had received. We know you are there for us on any given day but it was flabbergasting to really see that level of support and we appreciate every single one of you! Facebook actually told us off for liking and responding to too many comments! We were unable to post or comment for while! Have a great weekend and we'll see you soon!

Happy New Year! Unfortunately we have to start 2021 bringing to light some slanderous, fake reviews made by another bakery But n Ben Scottish Bakery & Butchers ...Inc on our Google page. We have made multiple attempts to contact them to have the reviews deleted however they have simply edited the fake review names. On December 31st at around 8pm we received notifications of 3 x 1 star reviews which from two different accounts. Quinten Crozier (edited to 'Q') left 2 x 1 star reviews and Mikayla Elizabeth (edited to Elizabeth) left 1 x 1 star review. Upon further investigation, another 1 star review from a SANDRA THOMPSON from a couple of days ago was also a fake review. All three names had only left reviews on our locations and But'n'Ben locations. All three leaving 5 star reviews on the three But'n'Ben locations. In the time I made But'n'Ben aware that we knew the reviews were from them, they edited two of the reviewers names and deleted Sandra's 5 star reviews of their own business. But of course, we have screenshots. As everyone here knows, we try incredibly hard to serve you the best we can. Working tirelessly 7 days a week, some of us starting work before the sun rises and leaving after it sets. We're a family run business that keep our head down and focus on what we do. When we receive a negative review it's felt across the board and we immediately work on fixing the problem at hand and 9 times out of 10, that 1 becomes a 5. So when another business (from outside of our service area), out of the blue starts trying to bring down our reputation we feel the need to speak up. If a new customer finds us online and see's multiple new 1 star reviews about 'the worst pie ever' 'horrible service' etc, they may never give us a chance. It's not the post we had planned for 2021. We were going to leave it but instead of replying to us, or doing the right thing and deleting their fake reviews they have simply ignored us, tried to edit their name out of the reviews and deleted our comments on their own Facebook page. We are still closed until the 4th of January, giving our incredible team a 10 day holiday as a thank you for their brilliant work this year! See you soon! If you've ever shopped at Paisley's - The Wee British Shoppe and have yet to leave a review, find them on Google and show them some love!

To combat the spread of COVID-19, the time spent lined-up in the colder weather and the safety of our most vulnerable customers we have made a few changes: Senior & high risk hour; Between 8am and 9am we will be open to serve our most vulnerable and senior customers. A limit of 6 customers at a time with face masks/ shields mandatory. Extended hours; we are now open from 9am to 6pm to help reduce the wait times.... Sundays; We are now open from 11am-4pm on Sundays. COVID-19 policies; a limit of 6 customers inside at any one time. Face masks/shields are mandatory, maintain a distance of 6ft and follow the stores directions. We will continue to monitor and adapt with the ever changing landscape that COVID-19 has present us. Please be mindful of others when shopping, especially those lined up outside, try to limit the number of people from your household coming in, maintain your distance and respect others personal space.
