A lot of situations arise. They arise every year, month, week and even day (as we all may have felt lately). In saying that, one of the key things I always ask myself is:Am I observing the situation accurately or am I projecting how I feel onto a person/what is happening? ... By asking such questions, it will allow you to TRULY understand how you are feeling /what is occuring internally. It will allow you to go into full acceptance regardless of the answer. It allows you to be aware of yourself. To know/see if you’re taking your emotions from another situation and bringing them forward into this particular situation causing a blurred perspective. Asking this simple question is approaching it with curiosity. There is no judgement, Simply because there can not be judgement where there is curiosity.
