This VIP client came to me because he was experiencing new tingling and numbness in his legs. He was also seeking tension relief. Together we concluded this is likely due him being seated with his legs crossed for an extended period of time, as well as the stressful week he’s had. Despite wearing his favourite mittens to keep warm, he was still chilly and hiking his shoulders up towards his ears. Home care: Regular therapeutic massage treatments for stress management. Utilize the stretching/mobility exercises I had given him to take breaks from being sedentary.
