This beautiful mama of the bride deserved a full time spot in my gallery. She was very nervous about getting makeup done, she Normally wears little to none. I kept it neutral, added some beautiful terracotta tones blush to bring out her youthful glow and gave her a peachy lip! Do you have family photos taken regularly? If so how often? Honestly this is one thing I always do. We have family photos taken EVERY fall , and its one of the best investments we make in our family. ... I have never once looked at the photos from past sessions and thought Hmm I wish we hadnt taken those Instead my husband and I always always always think Awe I love having each stage of my childrens development captured in high quality photos My oldest recently celebrated his 8th birthday and on his bday he went around the house and looked at all our photos of him, at all different ages. I asked him what he felt when he looked at them and he replied with Makes me super happy So I guess my psa for today is .. Spent the money, book the professional photographer, co ordinate the outfits, bribe the kids for good behaviour and most importantly print those photos once their done!! Oh and one last thing! Wow! Another wedding IN PRINT! Theres no other feeling like seeing your photos in print, among other amazing wedding photographers- this time in Confetti Wedd...ing Magazine!! In the winter I ran a contest for a couple who didnt like their wedding photos, to get NEW wedding photos, including hair from Hair by Alana Lyla and makeup by Brittany Martiniuk Makeup Artistry. Both of these ladies had artistic freedom to do what theyd like, and they absolutely SLAYED it!! This wedding also finished in the top 10% of images in the phenomenal photography contest Shoot & Share! Rebekah and Kirk were so fun to work with, and I couldnt have been happier with how this editorial turned out I cant wait to show you MORE of the magic this day held!!!
