Trust The Process. The most difficult thing to do as an entrepreneur is to believe and trust that the universe has our back. Because every experience we have today is preparing us for the future. ... For what we are truly meant to do. For the amazing things we will create. For the incredible impact, we are going to have. And for all the lives we will get to touch and transform. As an entrepreneur, it's really easy to get caught up in all the "to-do" lists and day-to-day tasks of our business that we forget to take a moment to enjoy the experience. Or we may begin to stress that we haven't reached X income goal or get discouraged that we haven't achieved X success like everyone else (based solely on what we see on social media.). But we are forgetting the most important thing. That we are in the middle of creating our own incredible success story. We just don't realize it yet. It's hard to see where this chapter is taking us or what this experience is preparing us for. But damn, I can tell you it's going to be a good story. As long as you don't give up. So stop the comparison. Release the control. Be patient. And Trust the Process. We live in a world where it is very easy to let "likes" or "number of followers" determine our own self-worth. I'm here to remind you that those vanity metrics don't mean a thing! Although those metrics can help give you an idea of how well your posts are performing, don't depend on them for how successful you or your business is. ... Why? Because you can't cash "likes" or "followers" in for real money. I've heard of a few businesses with almost 30K followers on Instagram, yet they struggle to make $1000 a month. I've also seen businesses that have "only" 2000 followers on Instagram. But they nurture and provide a ton of value to their niche audience. Some of these businesses make over 6 figures! I'm also an example of that. I "only" have 580 followers, yet my Social Media Management services are booked out until March. Yes, "likes" and growing your number of "followers" is great. But having an audience that you connect with and who support your business is so much more valuable than having thousands of followers who are disconnected from you, your values, and your brand. Add personality: Whether you are sassy, soulful, or a swear-bear, let your personality shine through with the words you use in your captions, comments, and direct messages. For example, if you typically use the word "babe" when you talk, add that to your captions! 2. Show Us Behind-The-Scenes: There is a reason why reality TV does so well. It's because as humans, we are naturally interested in seeing what other people's lives are like! Don't be afraid to be real and share a little snippet of your day in IG Stories. This can include your morning routine, going for an afternoon walk, a lesson inspired by your latest coaching session or hanging with your furbaby. 3.
