Just another @bctransit bus going through our neighbourhood at excessive speed. The @saanichpolice speed boards have clocked vehicles travelling as fast as 90 km/h on Emily Carr Dr. and yet @saanich.bc engineers and police have not come up with any solutions to slow down the traffic in our neighbourhood. These buses continue to be a concern to our residents given there size and inability to stop fast. Especially on this first day back to school. We're looking forward to our meeting with Mayor Fred Haynes this Thursday to talk about these issues and to work together to slow down all of the roads in Broadmead.
