I’m re-cropping my spinach for a new harvest in May. Have lots of salad greens, Swiss chard and kale. Happy Spring day to everyone!!

Yesterday was a busy day in our greenhouse as we pulled up half the spinach crop and prepared to plant a spring crop. As always when you have chickens nothing is wasted. The chickens enjoyed the stems and roots of the old crop.
