Happy first day back to school for some of our awesome patients and their families! Whether you're a parent, teacher or student... we are thinking of you all and hoping you are all healthy and safe during this stressful time!

We are back! Today is our first day open for all dental procedures. Please be patient with us while we navigate through all the new rules. We are currently going through all of our appointments we had to cancel and will rebook them. If you would like to book an appointment please phone us at 780-640-9797. Walk ins are not permitted at this time. We look forward to see all of you! New procedures:... 1) When you arrive to your appointment, you must phone us to let us know you have arrived and wait until we let you in the clinic. Please have a MASK on you before entering the clinic. 2)Our greeter will meet you at the entrance, take your temperature and review the COVID-19 screening questionnaire. 3) Only one parent will be allowed to escort children. No siblings, family members or friends will be allowed in the clinic.

Just an update to our valued patients...we miss you! We are still closed. We do not have an exact date of our reopening yet. Fingers crossed it is soon! We are still taking emergency patients. We want to make sure we are following all of the protocols properly to protect our patients and our staff. We are still waiting for information and proper procedures from the Alberta Dental Association and this is completely separate from government. We will keep everyone updated as to when this will be. We hope everyone aid safe and healthy and can’t wait to see you!

To our valued patients, As of March 17, 2020, the Alberta dental Association and college has mandated that all non-emergency dental services and procedures be suspended and all of Alberta. We are sorry to have taken this action. However, we place the health of our staff our valued patients and our community above all else. We will continue to monitor the situation daily and will resume full operations as soon as possible. In the meantime if you are a patient of our clinic an...d have a dental emergency you may contact us at 780-554-6748 and we will assess if we are able to assist you or if a referral to another facility is necessary. With all of the craziness that is happening right now with the COVID-19 virus, we understand a lot of the hype is over the top. in saying that, as we are in the medical field, we do have to follow certain procedures outlined by the Alberta Dental Association. Please, if you are sick, let us know and we will cancel your appointment. We will be happy to re schedule you when you are feeling better. if you have traveled outside Canada to an at risk area or come into contact with some who was suspected or confirmed to have the virus in the last 14 days, please let us know. If you do have an appointment with us, and you are in tip top shape.. please bring your own toilet paper, as we have a limit of 4 squares per patient..
