Mental Health Check-In As we approach the end of our week, I encourage you to take a moment and check in with how you are feeling and think of 1 thing you can do this weekend to benefit your mental health. Whether it be Something for the mind... Start a new book or finish one you have already been reading Watch a netflix documentary Play a game, do a crossword or a puzzle Meditate Something for the body Go for a walk 30 minute at home workout Yoga, or a dance party Take a nap Something for the soul Make a home cooked meal Call a friend or a family member Listen to music Write down 3 things you love about yourself or that you are grateful for. We hope everyone is taking care of themselves and can practice self-care Thanks @blessingmanifesting for the incredible photos and ideas!!

We are pleased to announce that Broadview Psychology will be initiating a 10-week virtual OCD group that is open to members of the community on June 1st! The group is for clients between 17-28 years of age and is facilitated by Dr. Christine Klinkhoff. Developed using ERP and ACT approaches, the group is aimed towards a better understanding of OCD, implementing evidence-based strategies to address OCD, and de-stigmatizing this condition. Clients do not require an individual therapist in order to participate in this group. Please see below for more details! If you would like to learn about our group and/or our services, please contact us via email at [email protected].

Slide over to picture #2 for some ways that we can reduce anxiety
