Broadway Bound

Unfortunately with Covid 19 restrictions currently in place singing, especially in groups, is not recommended/approved. Theatres are not open for live shows and our rehearsal space is only being used for dance classes with very strict guidelines. Taking into consideration the above, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our production of the full Broadway show Mary Poppins. Arrangements have, however, been made for the show rights to be booked for 2021. We plan to... audition in March 2021, start rehearsals in April and put Mary Poppins on stage at the Westbury Theatre June 24 & 25th 2021. If in the meantime health restrictions open up, we may be able to audition and rehearse a new Welcome to Broadway Revue show to be taken to smaller venues and/or fund raisers/special events. This would be in addition to our major Broadway musical. Please watch our Facebook page and website for future audition information. Signed contract today with our new Musical Director. We are all excited to get going again and hope that it will not be long before we will get the green light to hold auditions, and start rehearsals for our December musical.
