To quote GSA President Chris Yendt: Having first been made aware of the condensed Holiday break a couple of weeks ago I have been working closely with members of the Student Senate Caucus, Brock GSA and BUSU Executive teams to raise the profile of the issue of extending the break. Through numerous conversations with Senators, Administrators, Faculty, Staff and of course students we have arrived at an outcome that I think addressed these concerns head on. This extension show...s the student focused nature of the decisions undertaken at the university. Congratulations everyone, our voices have been heard loud and clear! Please take this time to look after yourselves and those around you, take care of your mental and physical health and most importantly stay safe. https://brocku.ca/.../brock-extends-holiday-break-moves.../ #StudentAdvocacyWorks
