IG teams raised over $300,000 and many people enjoyed the Songwriters & Stories event that aired Sunday evening, celebrating the end of the campaign. UPDATE ON OUR WALK FOR ALZHEIMER’S: 10 days in and Patty and I have logged 418 km towards our 1000 km objective for the month of May. Had to trade in the runners for hikers this morning to head out in the snow! Whether it’s walking, biking, circuit training, practising yoga, dancing, gardening- any form of exercise has a POSITIVE effect on our well-being and general outlook during this stay-at-home routine!
