I remember that my muscles felt so light last year on peak week that I didn't even feel them contracting, and no burn on top of that. There was still a pump...but no sweet burn! I also remember not being obligated to wear masks Heres a glimpse of a tri-set I did pre-competition last year to pump my biceps. Light weight! Yes, my chest is always pumped. Here's Renata finishing off a strong workout with some conditioning work. 3 rounds, no more than 10 seconds rest in between. She's been progressing weekly and it shows! It was definitely tough work but it's nothing she couldn't handle. She was definitely zapped by this round, though It just takes a little push to get someone through it because the mind almost always quits before the body! @recaldani
