We had a lovely discussion about this last night in our team meeting... Challenging Behaviour is a term that is frowned upon by many because all behaviour is... communication, there is always a reason. But as a parent, when faced with challenging behaviour, it’s really hard to remember this because we can often be exhausted and emotional for very justifiable reasons. It can sometimes seem like the only phrase to use to describe what’s going on, too! So, this is a lovely reminder that perhaps you can download to your phone to look at when times are tough. Remember we are here if you need us
