Find your yoga flow! Give yourself some much needed self-care - this morning at 9:45am at Assiniboine Park. Site 18, hope to see you there!
On Sunday our first speaker will be starting at 10:00 am, and we suggest for you to bring a yoga matt or blanket, some water, and arrive for 9:45 am to get sett...led. We will be located at site 18 at Assiniboine Park. Below is a map of the park and there is a pink circle where our site will be. Which is located across the road from the lyric theatre. If you get lost or need any help finding the group please don't hesitate to call our main line at 204-891-6730. We will be monitoring the phone until 10:00 am when the event starts. Looking forward to seeing everyone out this Sunday!
