Notice to Pembridge Property Insurance clients Please note the upcoming changes; Effective February 15th, 2021 ... -Indoor wood furnaces will no longer be accepted as a primary heat source -Kitec and Poly-B are no longer considered acceptable Plumbing types Pembridge will also be implementing a national rate increase of 10.41% (which includes the previously announced 1.6%) for all Pembridge Homeowners policies, effective March 15, 2021 for new policies and May 15, 2021 for renewals. Dear valued Clients, Given the recent events regarding COVID-19 Able Insurance is doing its part in taking precautionary measures to ensure our staff and customers, especially the elderly and those with compromised immune systems, remain safe during this time. Effective immediatly we are temporarily suspending all face to face meetings/appointments with clients. All transactions will be conducted via phone or email. Clients that have payments coming due will be able to make those payments via e-transfer, credit card, or i can assist you in making those payments via online banking. In conjunction with this change we will also be allowing our staff to work from home to prevent any possible spread of infection. We understand this is a break from our normal practice and thank you for your understanding as we do what we can to minimize any exposures to the Coronavirus for our staff and clients. While this may mean a slight disturbance or delay in service, rest assured we will continue to make our customer service a top priority.
