As far as we know, Bronte Coin Laundry is the ONLY laundromat in Milton that is open during this pandemic. Laundromats are an essential service!!! We love our customers and we love Milton! We’ve stayed open, and we continue to provide a clean place to do laundry, with the most modern equipment. We’re open 24/7. We are committed. Seniors and Vulnerable 7-9 am weekdays. Wash laundry thoroughly there is no need to separate the laundry, but you should wear gloves when handling... clean your hands with soap and water immediately after removing your gloves Here are some other laundry recommendations from Bronte Coin Laundry during COVID-19 crisis, and some of the measures we are taking to promote social distancing. Tips: No need for special soap. Regular soap is fine. This is also from Ontario.ca Use warm or hot water - no extra charge Limit number of people in the laundromat - don’t bring your whole family please. Wait for your laundry outside or in your vehicle. It’s nice out! Go for a stroll downtown:) Use the clean towels provided and put them in the hamper when done. We will wash them, like always! Social distancing: - The store is available 24 hours a day, like always. - Please allow for the elderly/vulnerable between 7-9am. Please do your best to respect this. - Seating in the store has been removed. Enjoy the fresh air or the comforts of your vehicle while waiting for laundry. - use our mobile app payment system to avoid handling coins - all the instructions are in the store if you haven’t already downloaded the app - wash and fold is not available until further notice. Just a friendly reminder to all our customers, that we always recommend staying with your laundry. If you do have to leave the store, because we understand that life happens, please try to be back in time for when it’s finished. It’s courteous to the next customer and your laundry is your responsibility. So look after it.
