The making of a Memorial that says it all. PART - 2
The making if a Memorial that says it all. PART - 1
Today, is November 1st. As " WE REMEMBER" all those that serve. Since 2014, Kingston has honouring all the Kingstonions that served. In Kingston Ontario, It is once again time for the "Kingstonians' Wreath" to be put back out on display in front of Kingston's Book of Remembrance in Memorial Hall in Kingston's City Hall. It will be on display for the whole month. So if your visiting Kingston in November, take some time and go see it.... For over 100 years, they have done THEIR PART. Now, let's do OUR PART to NEVER FORGET.
For years after Remembrance Day, the Search & Rescue Teams have been sent out looking for the lost and discarded symbol of ALL those that serve so we may live Safe and Free. Over a 1000 were rescued from the many years the Search & Rescue Teams have been at it. They were found stuck in bushes, alone in a parking lot, or left in a gutter. Each rescued Poppy was restored, Bronzed and then used along with Treasured Poppy sent in by other Citizens across Canada. They all were used in ever Bronzed Poppy Project Tribute Piece I created. For over 100 Years, they have done THEIR PART; Now let's do OUR PART to NEVER FORGET.
When I decided to start the Bronzed Poppy Project and try honouring ALL those that serve . I was alway proud to step up to create Bronzed Poppy Tribute pieces for others. I always enjoyed receiving a smile as thanks for all I love to do. But when the Deputy Minister of Veterans Affairs Canada presented me with a Veteran's Coin of Excellence for want I do. I knew that my belief & dedication to others, shall forever remain strong.
TODAY WE REMEMBER From the Generations that came before, to our Descendance that are to come. Let's remember to Never forget ALL those that serve so we may Safe & Free.
TWO YEARS AGO TODAY The "WE REMEMBER" Tribute Wreath arrived at it new home at the Veterans Affairs's headquarters in Charlottetown P.E.I. Everyone loved it and it still proudly stands on display to honour all those that serve.... NOVEMBER WE REMEMBER
They will forever be remembered.

WOW! SIX YEARS AGO Family Pride, Hometown Pride, Military Pride or my Opificer Pride. Presenting the "Kingstonian's Wreath" on this day years ago, to the Mayor & Council at Kingston's City Hall during their Council Meeting will remain a Proud & Honoured memory, that I will cherish forever.... NOVEMBER WE REMEMBER
The battles they should be fighting; should be done on the field of Battle. Not stuck losing the battles in their minds. For over 100 years, they have done THEIR PART; Now, let's do OUR PART to Never Forget.
NOVEMBER WE REMEMBER
Today, WE REMEMBER
Today WE REMEMBER Our first Tribute to those that make us safe & free. When you go out of the way to honour others, you show the world what has to be done and that you are not afread to do the hard work to get it right.... For over 100 years, they have done THEIR JOB. Now, let's do OUR PART to Never Forget them.
Today WE REMEMBER & take a moment to remember these three Heroes. Each one a true Hero to their families all that knew them. They gave their All, so we can live free.
Originally started with an idea in 2009 and over the years have never given up honouring and remember all those that served, so we may live Safe & Free. NOW OVER A DECADE LATER. We have created over a Dozen Tribute Memorial Pieces, and Three very special Family Memorials Pieces that can be found in cities in over 7 Provinces across Canada. ... For over 100 Years, they have done THEIR PART. Now, let's do OUR PART to NEVER FORGET.
Today WE REMEMBER our four legged companions. Like the men on a battlefield. The Loyalty felt can give a simple man, the strength to take on the WORLD. DOGS are more than just man's Best Friend, they are the teachers that show us much more.... Happy International Dog Day.
TODAY WE REMEMBER All those that serve and paid the the ultimate price.
Honour those, that honour others. It is the Cross, we all should bare.
When, stepping up to Help or Honour others. You get to meet the most Wonderful people, you will ever know. Each one like yourself, doing what has to be done. Lise was one of the best. She showed up at my shop and became a friend and comrade in the task to make sure those that serve, will never be forgotten. She passed away a short time ago. But the task she started and honouring others, will live on in those of us that knew & helped this true Angel complete her task.... For Over 100 years, they have done THEIR PART; Now let's do OUR PART to NEVER FORGET.
TODAY WE REMEMBER in life some time you find yourself heading "Into no Man's land ". But with the right friends, you can always get help to find a way home.
TODAY WE REMEMBER The Long Way Home.
