As of right now if we switched to Orange today salons would have to close we have not been removed from the orange phase the government has not updated the phases the decision comes from them they need to be the ones to pull us out of the orange phase and revise the phases for us to remain open/re-open. Our association has submitted a proposal with some new guidelines and has requested that salons be excluded from the orange phase, the government has until November 30...th to respond to the request. There’s no court case this is false it’s a documentation request with guidelines we current follow and a few more loops we may have to implement. It will be a yes or no from public health/Jennifer Russell and then it’s final. I will keep everyone updated once I know more! Thank you for all your patience and continued support!
