E N E R G Y U P D A T E The energy charging in is NEXT LEVEL! It began moving in slowly at 12pm AEST 02.08.20 and just got turned all the way up (6pm AEST). Th...e Lions Gate Portal is open and widening. See it like a tunnel or sphere, working it’s way back from 08.08.20 to now. The energy is blasting in through the crown, lightening up every chakra like a Christmas tree. This extends beyond the traditional 7 point chakra system however. It’s extending into the more sophisticated trans-personal system that runs between the Great Central Sun and Chrystaline core of Gaia (see image below). You will feel like you are charging. Body symptoms include pressure on the forehead, metallic taste in mouth, headaches, jitters, insomnia, fogginess, nerve pain amongst other things. You may feel like you don’t know whether to be still or be busy. As always, this is just some of the symptoms. Your body will show where clearing is happening by physical pain/ niggles. Of note is the upgrade occurring to the brain in the physical and mental bodies. We are moving into a level of ‘super’ intelligence that will far transcend what we have currently been experiencing to date. Be aware there is a strong relationship to the gut in finessing and expanding the potential of brain-function. As such, over the next few months listen to the need to clean up your diet & detox. Good fats and nutrition support brain cells. While this energy charges through, also listen to your bodies intelligence on what to eat. It may need help grounding the energy so eat carbs but stick with good quality ones. Remember a craving for sugar (processed, also includes alcohol) represents an imbalance, so strongly suggest seeking a naturopath if this is flaring for you. A clean gut will strengthen your intuition and bring more clarity to your mind. It allows you to receive all the new intelligence coming in. Consciously align with this Lions Gate creation energy by asking questions to start to shape what you are calling in. Be aware the answers may not drop straight away. Some suggestions: - What life can I create that is beyond my current reality? Or how do I OUTCREATE my REALITY? - What would I create in the next 12 months to make a lasting CONSCIOUS CONTRIBUTION to this world? - How could I step more fully into my PERSONAL POWER and live in greater TRUTH? - What areas of my life could I transform to live in greater UNITY with others, and with expansive GRATITUDE, JOY and FREEDOM? - What SUCCESS am I AVOIDING, or where am I refusing to avoid the future I could be choosing? Bathe in the daylight sun over the next few days, for it holds all you need to receive. Be sure to consciously pull and move energy through the body to balance it otherwise you may feel slightly ‘fried’. Dance is a great option. Please please please go gently with yourselves.
