Had a fantastic day in Fredericton today with mom! I got to show her my apartment (where she then worked while I went to the @headofficefred to FINALLY get a haircut) Then we went to Tokyo Ramen for supper and OH MY GOD! If you haven't been there you NEED to go! It is phenomenal!!! The service was absolutely incredible and the food was dream worthy. It is truly an cultural experience and I would recommend it to anyone! @ Fredericton, New Brunswick

I was doing a devotional this morning, when this scripture appeared. Christian or not, I think this a message we could all use in our lives, so I'll leave you all with this little reminder to be present on today and to focus on what's in your control

If anyone is curious about the red dresses hanging aroung the STU campus, it's part of the REDress installation by Jamie Black. They're hanging in honor and memory of the missing and murdered Canadian indigenous women. These crimes are still happening, and are there are all too many of us who are unaware, and even more who simply don't care. From the first day of pre-school, to the first day of kindergarten and finally grade twelve. Today officially marks my last day of school (no exam for me tomorrow ) and it is oh so bittersweet.
