Discipline: to train oneself to do something in a controlled and habitual way. It's hard to get back on track. It's always challenging when you haven't been doing something. Personally, I just focus on what I want to achieve. I do my best to get in the habit of taking steps towards the goal on a daily basis.
Today's Friday finisher is the sled push! If you don't have access to a sled, feel free to do sprints instead. I love having my clients focus on anaerobic power to finish off their workouts.
