Normally we take a bit of holiday time in the winter, but since we aren't going anywhere, we've dug in to get our floor broom production done. There are so many unknowns to be prepared for in the year ahead, but our dowel floor brooms have interestingly continued to sell at about the same rate, pandemic or no pandemic, so here's to one little bit of consistancy! (and everyone's clean floors!)

-SOLD- Unusual broom alert! This manzanita marriage broom is long and straight enough to be a good sweeping broom. The ends are currently untrimmed, but it could be trimmed like a modern floor broom. We will let the purchaser to choose!

This manzanita broom has all sorts of cool features going on. We called it the Storm. Definitely one of our new favorites!

We've been noticing some pretty great manzanita floor brooms in a small size lately. These ones are all 45-49 inches in length. Perfect for small spaces!

This broom was made specially for a friend, @richie.so. I pulled the handle out of a slash pile in his backyard in October. After a bit of drying out and sanding, it was finally finished today! Not bad for a rescue from the chipper...

Making the most of these non-rainy evenings! It was nice to see people (and brooms!?) out on walks enjoying the scenery tonight. Best of wishes for this new year

The many shapes and colors of manzanita ...and one sneaky hickory :)

Hickory is the strongest wood we work with. We love that these handles are sturdy and easy to sweep with, but still full of character. These hickory floor brooms are definitely meant to be used!

This broom is just a little bit magical. It is also on the heavier side :)

With all the fresh snow on the North Shore, it is feeling wintery out there. We had to dig out and hang up some of these tiny dustpan ornaments from Albert Edge
