The long weekend is almost here, but please remember to stay in your community. Our region has limited resources, remote, sacred land and many people we are try...ing to protect. This is only temporary. Thank you for understanding, we look forward to welcoming you to Vancouver Island North when it's safe. At the Waters Edge Adventures

2nd Look Thrift Store, kindly requests that NO FOOD/garbage be left in our donation bin. We really appreciate the generosity of our community, as we get a lot ...of wonderful donations. However, too often, we are finding that people are using our donation bin to drop off household garbage, including food. Recently, this resulted in our staff having to throw out all the items in our donation bin, which is very unfortunate. This not only took a lot of time for our staff to deal with, it was also a significant cost for our little store, both in lost sales and extra waste removal fees. We appreciate the continued support of our community
