Reminder to everyone, this afternoon BEFORE you get to the field, fill out the attestation form. Our ladies team has been focusing on conditioning while we aren't allowed to tackle yet. Keeping in shape now is going to prevent injuries later! Right now is the best time for newbies to come and learn the game or oldies to come out and get into shape before real rugby starts up again!... Practice tonight at Telosky! 7pm start, not 630 anymore. Mens and Womens teams will both be practicing and conditioning, new faces welcomed!

Tomorrow, Tuesday Oct 6th is our first day back at our home field! Both the Ladies and Mens teams will be training, so come on out! There is a place for everyone on the pitch, so all genders, adult ages and fitness levels are welcome! Tonight, October 1st, is the official ribbon cutting ceremony for our new and improved home field, Telosky! What this means is, training tonight will be our last night of being allocated to a different field. Starting October 6th, Tuesday of next week, all training sessions will be held at Field 2, AKA Morningstar field. 23000 116 Ave, Maple Ridge, BC V2X 0T8...
