Tip of the Week If you are buying used tires make sure to check the date code of the tires you are buying. To Insure the tires are under 10 years old. Here is the excerpt from the Ministry of Transportation.... "Tires must meet standards described in the Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Act. Tires deteriorate with age, even when not in use. Aged tires have reduced traction, are more prone to cracking and may fail unexpectedly while in use. Tires should not be older than 10 years.
