Good news: a purchase agreement in a project or phase of a residential pre construction condo signed after January 1, 2020, will now include a mandatory information sheet that will outline some of the risks of buying a pre-construction condo. This adds additional warnings for buyers that the project may never be completed and encourages buyers to review the agreement with a lawyer.
