Open 2 Bank accounts - 1 for employment income and 1 for business income. 2. Write a detailed list of everything that is considered part of your income. 3. Know your gross income, your net deposits every month, and credit card fees. 4. Include any refunds in the same category the original sale was in.... It's not that simple in business when you're trying to find a new team member, but you can increase your chances of finding the right one if you filter the candidates a little more thoroughly.... Next time someone applies to work with you, try these three things: Ask them about their lifestyle. Find out if you have anything in common like your fitness habits, hobbies, or favorite restaurants. Ask them about their interests in terms of their work. This will help you gauge whether or not they really want the position you're offering or if they just need a job. Learn about their skills. Dive into their strengths and weaknesses to find out if they're qualified to fill the gaps you're looking to fill in your business.
