Brunswick Square Dental 08.11.2020

Brunswick Square Dental will begin re-opening on Tuesday May 19th. We will be doing this in a phased approach. Your safety and the safety of our team are our primary concern. We will be following guidelines from the NBDS and N.B. public health. We need a little more time to meet some new guidelines and be ready to welcome you. Routine care such as dental cleanings and check ups will not begin until at least June 1st. There is a long list of patients who have not been able to ...receive dental care for several weeks. We have started to prioritize patients based on need and will begin contacting patients soon to arrange appointments. Please contact us if you have a concern and need an appointment. Visiting a dental office will be much different than it has been in the past. Here is what you can expect from us and how you can prepare for your appointment: 1. Please remember to brush and floss before your appointment. We will not have a tooth brush available for you. 2. There will be a MANDATORY questionnaire emailed to you the day before your appointment. If email is not available to you it may be done over the telephone during regular office hours the day before your appointment. If this is not completed on time, you will not be seen. If you have any other information to update (health, address, insurance, phone number), this would be the best time to do so. 3. If you are not feeling well, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. A missed appointment for another reason may result in a significant time before another one will be offered to you. 4. You MUST wear a community mask to and from your appointment. You may remove the mask when you enter the treatment room. 5. Washrooms will be available only for an emergency. 6. You are asked to call us, 658-1550, and let us know when you arrive. DO NOT enter the office until instructed to do so. If you do not have a cell phone, please knock on the door. Also, remember to physically distance outside the office and as much as possible when in the office. You will be escorted to and from a treatment room by a team member. 7. Only you, the patient, may enter the office. The exception being a small child unable to come on their own. Parent and child must wear a mask. 8. When you enter the office, your temperature will be taken, the health questionnaire reviewed, and you will be asked to disinfect your hands. 9. No cash payments will be accepted. 10. Your team at Brunswick Square Dental may look a bit different when we see you next as we continue to provide a safe experience for all of us. We hope everyone is well and look forward to seeing you all soon! See more

IMPORTANT INFORMATION UPDATE: Please stay tuned for an upcoming announcement about the re-opening of Brunswick Square Dental. We are reviewing the new guidelines and protocols that were released today by the New Brunswick Dental Society. Upon review of these guidelines we will be working quickly to be able to re-open. When we do re-open, we will not be operating at full capacity, so we ask that you please be patient with us, as there will be many new guidelines that we must f...ollow. We will first begin with scheduling patients who have had dental concerns that we were not able treat during our closure and any new emergencies (Such as broken teeth, pain and treatment in progress). Elective treatment and non urgent care will not be addressed during our initial opening phase. Routine appointments with a dental hygienist/check ups, etc. will not begin until at least June 1st. If you have an appointment between now and June 1st or have had one cancelled since March 16th, we will be in touch to reschedule. Visiting any dental office will be much different than it has been in the past. We will be following many new guidelines set out by the the department of public health, Worksafe NB and the NBDS during this pandemic. Everyone's safety is our top priority.
