- Happy Sunday! . . When starting off in health & fitness, it can all be very overwhelming. Especially with all the bullshit out there, its tough to believe what’s right and wrong. Here are my Top 5 Extremely Easy & Practical tips you can apply right away, to start seeing immediate results with how you feel & look:... - 1. Chew more per bite. Study shows that when you chew 30x compared to 15x, you will consume 11.9% less. That in itself can create a caloric deficit. 2. Get your NEAT up. Move more during the day, at home, work, or at a friends house. Minimum 8-9000 steps PER DAY. 3. Manage stress & improve sleep drastically by practicing NASAL BREATHING at night time prior and during sleep. How? Tape your mouth with a micropore tape. You’re welcome. 4. Practice portion control using YOUR HAND before going into calorie counting and measuring. Build a healthy relationship with food first. 5. When you eat, finish your protein first, then vegetables/fats, and then carbohydrates last when just starting off. Most gen pop have metabolic inflexibility + some form of blood sugar issue.
