Introducing cheese of the week! I found this super tiny charcuterie board the other day and was trying to figure out what I could use it for haha and thought that it would be a great way to show off some of my favourite cheeses and some cheeses that will be featured on upcoming boards! This weeks cheese of the week is a classic and also one of my very favourites, double cream brie! This cheese is so easy to pair with so many different things and is amazing melted or just as ...is I usually almost always include Brie in all of my boards and always place the honeycomb very close to it because they go so well together! I added some of my other favourite pairings with Brie right now as well, such as figs, walnuts, and blackberries (so good!) I also love to have all types of wine with this cheese but my favourite to pair it with is a slightly fruity red wine (my favourite is an organic red from Chile, I will post it soon) or a dry rosé! After testing out making charcuterie boards for my friends and family for the past couple months, I’m so so excited to announce that Bryces Boards is officially launching on December 1st! I have been working on getting a commercial kitchen and all of my licenses for the past couple of weeks and I can’t wait to open up to the public! Thank you so much for all of the amazing feedback, I’m so excited! I am also now taking pre orders for the month of December!
